I trained as an Actor at Edinburgh’s Queen Margaret College, studying clown & movement with Simon McBurney and voice with Cis Berry.

I then worked extensively in the Theatre. Two years with The Royal Shakespeare Company in Julius Caesar and King John – Main stage and Swan Stratford-Upon-Avon and the Barbican, London – Main stage and pit. Newcastle Theatre Royal and Newcastle Playhouse. Also for the RSC the title role in Box and Cox -The Other place, Stratford-Upon-Avon. Judas Iscariot in The York Millennium Mystery Plays Directed by Greg Doran. Other Shakespeare includes: King Ferdinand in Love’s Labour’s Lost, Orsino in Twelfth Night, Antipholus of Syracuse in The Comedy of Errors, and Stephano in The Tempest.

I worked alongside Andi Osho in a well received revival of Medea in London, Up ‘n’ Under at the Edinburgh Festival, Chess at the Sunderland Empire, Boris Annenkov in Albert Camus Les Justes, Roubaud in La Bete Humaine and The Jungle Book, Dundee Rep. Panto includes: Squire Misery Guts – Villian – in Goldilocks, Luton Library Theatre and King Rat, and Abanazar for Rainbow Theatre.
